This role is critical to ensuring efficient clinic operations, regulatory compliance, excellent patient experience, and strong financial performance. The ideal candidate has prior healthcare management experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of pain management or specialty medical practices. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient experienceSupervise and support administrative staff, including front desk, scheduling, and billing teamsManage patient scheduling, referral processes, and insurance verification workflowsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, state and federal guidelines)Coordinate with clinical leadership to optimize staffing, clinic flow, and provider schedulesMonitor billing, coding, and collections in collaboration with billing partnersImplement and improve policies, procedures, and best practicesHandle patient concerns, escalations, and service recovery professionallyLiaise with vendors, payers, and external partnersSupport accreditation, audits, and quality improvement initiativesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)24+ years of healthcare administrative or practice management experience (pain management or specialty clinic experience strongly preferred)Strong knowledge of medical office operations, billing, coding, and insurance processesFamiliarity with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) and practice management systemsProven leadership, organizational, and problemsolving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced clinical environment
