Oracle CC&B Manual Tester

Job Title: Oracle CC&B Tester (Manual Testing) Location: Dallas, TX Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing for Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) applications Design, create, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans Validate billing, customer management, and meter-to-cash processes Identify, log, and track defects using Jira Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality deliverables Participate in test cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing Maintain test artifacts and reports using qTest and GitLab Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Oracle CC&B testing (Customer Care and Billing) Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and QA processes Hands-on experience with Jira for defect tracking Familiarity with GitLab and qTest for test management Understanding of utility domain processes (billing, customer lifecycle) Good analytical and communication skills
