We are immediately hiring an office clerk for a large distribution site in the Mt. Pleasant area.Shift is a 6:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday with an hourly rate of $20.34Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.**This position does require passing a lifetime comprehensive background check**Role OverviewThis role supports day-to-day operations at the distribution center by handling administrative and clerical tasks and helping keep the facility running smoothly.What You’ll DoAct as the main contact for supply vendors (like Uline, Amazon, SEPG, and others), getting quotes, ordering supplies, and handling returns when needed.Keep daily reports up to date for leadership, such as driver productivity and assignment rosters.Help address facility issues by submitting tickets or calling in service for things like printers, coffee and water machines, waste services, and vending.Support management with planning trainings, meetings, and team events.Review and organize bills of lading (BOLs) for scanning and uploading.Help track, organize, and submit approved invoices into SharePoint. xaygatp Provide general admin support as needed—creating documents, managing data, filing, copying, mailing, etc.Pitch in on other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly.What You’ll NeedHigh school diploma1–3 years of related experienceSkills & KnowledgeComfortable using basic office systems, tools, and processesAble to handle routine problems and follow established proceduresClear communicator, both written and verbalAble to respond to routine questions and requestsAdditional RequirementsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience with RF scanners is a plusAble to sit or stand for extended periodsAble to hear instructions and safety information clearlyComfortable using a computer and entering data accuratelyAble to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishWorks well in a team environmentCompany Description Description
