Lead Technician - HVAC/Electric/Carpentry

This role is ideal for someone who can lead from the front, execute high-quality work, and help develop the next generation of technicians. This is not a "show up and do your piece" role. We are building a team-oriented, multi-skilled workforce capable of handling a wide range of residential and light commercial projects.
