Use tools such as hammers, levels, squares, circular saws, andimpact drills. Read and follow basic blueprints. Fabricate and alter parts at job sites using shears, hammers,punches, or drills. Drill and punch holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets. Secure metal panels, connect steel mainframes and columns, andinstall siding and roofing. Operate mobile elevated work platforms (scissor lifts, boom lifts). Cut insulation, frame doors and windows, and install fiberglassbuilding insulation. Prepare and position materials for installation. Keep job sites clean and safe through debris control and organizedwork areas. Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects onschedule.**What You Bring** Structural construction background (wood framing, steel, post andbeam, etc.). Ability to lift/carry 75+ lbs, climb ladders up to 40+ ft, and workat heights. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
