QA Inspector📍 Mobile, Alabama⏰ ~60 hours per week (overtime available)🏭 Shipyard EnvironmentPosition OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced QA Inspector to support quality control operations in an active shipyard environment in Mobile, Alabama. This role is responsible for ensuring that ship repair and production work meets required specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.The QA Inspector will work closely with production teams, supervisors, and project leadership to identify non-conforming work and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality inspections on shipyard production and repair activitiesVerify compliance with project specifications, blueprints, and quality standardsIdentify and document non-conforming workMaintain accurate inspection records and reportsSupport internal quality audits and documentation requirementsCommunicate inspection findings with supervisors and production teamsEnsure work performed aligns with industry and company quality requirementsQualificationsPrevious experience as a QA Inspector in a shipyard, marine, or heavy industrial environment preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsFamiliarity with quality control procedures and inspection standardsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWork EnvironmentActive shipyard environmentExposure to industrial conditions and weatherPPE required at all times📩 To apply, please send your resume to:asilva@flexforcepros.com
