Siemens NX Application Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced NX Application Engineer with 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Siemens NX to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and customizing CAD solutions for our clients.This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital engineering transformation across aerospace, defense, and energy sectors while working with the latest CAD technologies and methodologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.Education, Experience & Skills:Required Skills / ExperienceMinimum 5-10 years of comprehensive experience with Siemens NX, including hands-on implementation, customization and upgrading across multiple versions and releases.Deep expertise in core NX Administration, including:· Installation for both Native and Managed NX· Sever side and local license management· NX Customer Default management for User, Group and Site level defaults· Library management for NX Reuse Libraries and Material Libraries· Setup of model and drawing templates using pax and template files for Native and Managed NX· NX Teamcenter Integration· Experience setting up Roles in NX and strong knowledge of the basic UI· Basic troubleshooting techniques (Log file gathering, etc.)· Strong knowledge of Modeling, Drafting and Assemblies in NX· Good understanding of NX CAD Best practicesPreferred Skills & ExperienceAdditional NX area expertise in:· NX Custom and NX Launcher setup and configuration· NX Structure Designer setup and configuration· NX Diagramming setup and configuration· MBD (Model Based Definition) strategies in NX· NX CAM· NX OpenSummary:Siemens NXContractRemoteITAR Controlled Data Environment - US Permanent Residents / US Citizens Only
