Mobile Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Our work environment includes: Flexible working hours and a team to assist your needs On-the-job training and continued support ```Duties``` - Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments of patients - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions - Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures - Prescribe medications and treatments, including controlled substances, as appropriate - Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team - Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options - Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records ```Requirements``` - Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan - Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program - Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty area (e.g., Family, Adult-Gerontology, Pediatrics) - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting - Proficiency in HCC, ICD-10 coding, and medical terminology - Experience working in various healthcare settings such as nursing homes, assisted living, memory care, and individual homes - Ability to perform basic medical procedures - Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate patients, caregivers, and families on health-related topics We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as: - WE ARE NURSE OWNED. - Health insurance coverage - 401k with employer match - Paid time off and holidays If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about providing high-quality healthcare to patients, we would love to hear from you.
