We design, produce, and distribute apparel across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels, and we take pride in delivering a seamless experience from our warehouse to our customers.Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role ensures that orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders with accuracy and careVerify items, quantities, and shipping details before dispatchPrepare and print shipping labels and documentationCoordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Ecommerce, Sales) to resolve order issuesAssist with receiving, sorting, and restocking inventoryMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport high-volume periods (including promotional and holiday peaks) with urgency and attention to detailQualifications:Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills (experience with shipping software or ERP systems is a plus)Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periodsTeam player with a positive, can-do attitudeWhat We’re Looking For:Dependability and accountabilityA strong work ethic and sense of ownershipSomeone who takes pride in getting orders out correctly and on timeFlexibility to support the team wherever needed
