The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with related modules and proficiency iniGrafx workflowsto streamline business processes and ensure seamless system integration.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supportIFS/iPipeline product implementationsacross business units.Handleservice requestsand ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.Overseedeployment activities , including planning, execution, and post-deployment support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimizerelated modules .Design, document, and maintainworkflows using iGrafxfor process automation and efficiency.Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in system management.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge ofIFS/iPipeline product suite .Experience inservice request handlinganddeployment management .Familiarity withrelated modulesand their integration points.Proficiency inworkflow design tools, particularly iGrafx .Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience infinancial services or insurance domain .Exposure toprocess optimization and automation projects .Knowledge of ITIL practices for service management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
