You’ll play a key role in bridging technology and customer success, whilefostering a positive user experience and engagement around our brand. Dutieswill be varied, and day-to-day activity will constantly change as we strive to meetthe needs of our customers, partners, and internal team members.You will report to the Customer Success Officer and work closely with multipleteams to drive adoption and understanding of our products. This remote positionoffers flexibility but will require occasional travel for customer visits, trainingsessions, and events.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Engage with customers to support pilots, implementations, and solutiondelivery.• Assist Sales Engineers during sales engagements as a technical resource.• Build and maintain environments that integrate Flow Software with othermanufacturing tools.• Create training and coaching materials and facilitate training sessions forcustomers and partners.• Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation to support usersuccess.• Represent Flow Software at tradeshows, user groups, and other industry events.• Foster an online community around Flow Software, enhancing brand visibility.• Contribute to additional duties that strengthen community engagement andrepresent Flow Software’s mission.CORE VALUES ALIGNMENTAt Flow Software, we live by our core values. Ask questions, seek feedback, andcontinuously improve your knowledge to stay ahead of customer needs.QUALIFICATIONS• Alignment with Flow Software’s Core Values.• 2 years’ experience working with and supporting Flow Software’s Infohubproduct• 5 years’ experience working with software products in manufacturing,industrial, or automation sectors, including MQTT, OPC, SQL, and time-seriesdata.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translatecomplex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.• Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meetingdeadlines.• Comfortable engaging with customers and partners in both technical andrelational capacities.• Experience presenting and teaching in front of a live audience.• Ability to work effectively within a distributed or remote team.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSSalary and benefits are open for discussion, and will be based on the qualificationsof the candidate.
