Junior Financial Analyst - Financial Insights

Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Insights team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about finance and eager to contribute to our financial planning and analysis processes. The Junior Financial Analyst will support the team by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that will aid in strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of financial data from various sources to identify trends and insights.Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, and financial forecasts.Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analyses as required to support business initiatives and provide actionable insights.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, finance managers, and other departments to gather information and support cross-functional projects.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and reporting practices.Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
