Senior Firmware Engineer

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Embedded Firmware Engineer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role supports the development of next-generation gaming hardware and accessories by designing and implementing firmware solutions for innovative consumer devices. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with hardware, operating systems, and validation teams to deliver high-quality embedded solutions that power upcoming gaming products. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge gaming technology and contribute directly to the future of connected gaming experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and debug embedded firmware for gaming accessories and emerging hardware products.Develop firmware components including device drivers, communication interfaces, power management systems, and sensor/input processing.Participate in hardware bring-up activities, code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting across multiple integrated systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, operating systems, validation, and third-party engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.Qualifications8+ years of experience with C programming in embedded firmware environments8+ years of experience with C++ development for embedded systems or consumer electronics8+ years of hands-on embedded firmware development experienceExperience writing and debugging firmware for embedded microcontrollers and hardware devicesFamiliarity with embedded RTOS or FreeRTOS design, integration, and debuggingStrong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design principlesBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field preferred
