Administrative Assistant
Overview:
The most employee focused home improvement company has an opening for Administrative Assistant to help assist our Twin Falls location.
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00AM - 3:00PM
- $19 - $21 DOE
Responsiblities include:
Prepare job folders and ensure all required documents are included
Contact customers by phone or text to confirm scheduled jobs
Process incoming payments, including applying cash or checks to job folders
Make copies of checks and forward them to the headquarters administrative team
Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and tracking documents
Handle cash and check deposits accurately and in a timely manner
Process employee PTO and advance requests
Ensure timesheets are completed and submitted on schedule
Reconcile credit card statements and petty cash
File invoices and mail out payments for invoices due

Candidate must have a passion for helping others achieve their goals and be comfortable working in a team environment. A person with a positive personality that doesn’t waiver is necessary for this fast- paced environment. Computer skills, typing speed average of 35 wpm, and knowledge of Microsoft word/excel is a requirement.
