Sales Associate

*Job Overview* We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hard-working *Sales Associate* to join our beauty supply retail store. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment. Beauty supply store experience is not required; *however, prior retail store experience is mandatory for this position.* Candidates with *previous beauty supply store experience and retail store experience will be strongly preferred.* Bilingual candidates who can communicate fluently in both *English and Spanish are preferred,* as this role requires assisting a diverse customer base. *Duties & Responsibilities* The associate must be able to perform all of the following tasks: * Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with beauty supply products * Answer product-related questions and make appropriate recommendations * Operate the POS system, including cashiering, cash handling, and card transactions * Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain store displays * Receive, unpack, and organize inventory in the stockroom * Maintain store cleanliness and overall organization * Assist customers with inquiries * Follow store policies and procedures consistently * Work independently when needed and support team members during busy periods *Qualifications* * *Previous retail store experience is required(minimum 1 year of experience)* * *High school diploma or equivalent required* * *Beauty supply store experience is not required, but strongly preferred* * Strong work ethic and willingness to perform all full-duty responsibilities * Reliable, dependable, and hard-working * Strong customer service attitude * Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers * Basic math skills for cashiering and transactions * Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment * Most inventory boxes are manageable; however, occasional heavier lifting may be required (up to 40–50 lbs) *Benefits* * *Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company* Pay: From $11.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Windcrest, TX 78218 (Required) Work Location: In person
