This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax functions. The company offers a stable environment, strong team culture, and a comprehensive benefits package.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payrollManage month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and review financial statements and management reportsOversee tax compliance, filings, and coordination with external tax advisorsEnsure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controlsDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flowPartner with leadership to support strategic and operational decision-makingCoordinate audits and serve as primary point of contact for external auditorsSupervise and mentor accounting staffQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadershipExperience in agriculture or related industry preferredStrong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and tax oversightExperience managing audits and working with external partners#LI-AC8#INMAR2026
