The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, stay organized, and prioritize daily tasks. As the Operations Manager for TeamJT you will take on the critical task of streamlining and managing day-to-day operations for the team leader, Jake Tasharski. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.ResponsibilitiesMaster systems (CRM/BUSINESS TRACKER) for contact and transaction management, use daily Manage and stay in front active transactions using Asana workflows, reference dailySchedule, coordinate, and confirm showings/meetings via phone/email/textField and communicate status updates on loans/transaction milestones to all relevant partiesDraft and execute listing agreements, property disclosures, real estate purchase contracts, and rental leases using COMPASS eSign toolsUpload documents to business tracker for compliance, monitor as neededManage all active calendarsSit in inspections and appraisals for team leader, as neededUse Marketing Center to craft marketing campaigns highlighting our listings and the community; share via email, social platformsTrack hours for accurate billingIn addition, successful candidates will possess the following:A natural sense of urgencyDetail oriented precisionTenacityAccountabilityStrong work ethic, moral compassHigh career aspirationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsQualificationsFlexible and adaptable work schedule. This is an on-demand role and requires you to be plugged in consistently. Demand is highest during the daytime (9-6) and on Saturday’s. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite, Pages/Keynote, Google AppsAptitude for and fascination with new technology systems and toolsCompensation$30/hr base for roughly 15-30 hour work weeks.
