Electronics Solderer & AssemblerPay$20 an hourLocation: DoverA growing manufacturer of electronic instrumentation and testing equipment is seeking an experienced Electronics Solderer & Assembler to join its production team. The company develops and assembles electronic devices used in scientific, educational, and research environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform fine-pitch soldering and component-level assembly.Complete surface-mount (SMT) soldering and rework as needed.Read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and production drawings.Assist with mechanical assembly of electronic products.Build and test wiring harnesses, cables, and assemblies.Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure product quality and reliability.Follow quality, safety, and production standards.Required QualificationsExperience with fine-pitch soldering techniques.Proficiency in surface-mount and through-hole soldering.Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly drawings.Mechanical assembly experience preferred.Experience with wiring and cable assembly.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.ScheduleMonday through Friday8:30 AM to 4:30 PMEmployment TypeFull-TimeTemporary-to-Permanent OpportunityCompensationStarting at $20.00 per hourBenefits401(k) retirement plan401(k) company matchHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Work LocationOn-sitePay Details: $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
