SAT Math & Verbal Tutor
Job Description:
Philly Tutors is seeking a dedicated SAT Prep Tutor to provide one-on-one and small group instruction in SAT Math and Verbal. Candidates must have considerable tutoring experience, preferably in both individual and classroom settings. The tutor will work with high school students at a nonprofit site to help them prepare for the SAT.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality SAT Math and Verbal tutoring to high school students.
Conduct in-person sessions every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
Develop customized lesson plans tailored to student needs.
Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of one-on-one tutoring experience.
Classroom teaching experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of SAT Math and Verbal content.
Must be available Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM for_ in-person_ sessions.
Availability from October 9th to December 18th.

Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience
