DescriptionRole SummaryWe are seeking entrepreneurial, driven, highly energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented sales consultants to join a growing organization. In the Radiopharmaceutical Oncology Consultant role, your primary responsibility will be to generate demand and drive referrals within your assigned geography. This role requires a proactive approach to identify, engage, drive clinical adoption and influence key stakeholders—including Medical Oncologists, Hematology/Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and referral network.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute corporate brand strategyDisease state and product expertiseManaging customer relationshipsDeliver HCP educationMarket & business analysisBuild strategic business plansMeet and exceed business goalsCross-functional collaborationComplianceExperience RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of recent and relevant Sales or Market Access experience, preferably with a strong science background and a deep knowledge of oncology within radiopharmaceuticals, neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), and oncolytic rare disease. Strong HCP customer relationships and customer engagement access, highly preferred.Excellent collaboration skills and a track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams.Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and flexibility to quickly adapt to change.Demonstrates strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships, identify solutions, and align approved resources to maximize business potential.Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.Proficient with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and CRM technology.Demonstrates initiative, creativity, a curious and inquisitive mindset, and thrives in an environment that empowers you to lead territory performance, engage in patient-finding, and navigate a complex, rapidly changing environment.Ability to travel domestically (drive a vehicle or fly on a commercial airline) for customer engagements, key conferences, and internal company meetings, as needed.A fully valid and unrestricted state driver’s license is required.
