Project Management & ExecutionLead and oversee the execution of software development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Implement and manage Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project tracking best practices.Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana to track progress, allocate tasks, and monitor teamproductivity.Ensure alignment between client expectations, technical feasibility, and business objectives.Business Analysis & Requirement GatheringCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.Translate business needs into well-structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and Use Cases.Work closely with the development team to establish clear technical roadmaps that align with business goals.Apply data-driven decision-making strategies to prioritize project features and functionalities.Team Leadership & Stakeholder CommunicationLead cross-functional teams including software developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals.Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and performance evaluations to ensure seamless project execution.Foster clear and transparent communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.Mentor and coach team members, encouraging continuous professional growth and development.Risk Management & Problem-SolvingIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines or deliverables.Develop contingency plans to address unexpected challenges and resource constraints.Collaborate with technical teams to resolve development bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
