PERKS OF THE JOBFull-Time, Permanent Position (40 hours/week)Inpatient Rehab setting, seeing 6-7 Patients per day1:1 Patient Care, allowing you to focus on Patient OutcomesAdult/Geriatric population with a diverse caseload.TBI, Stroke, SCI, Multi-fracture Traumas, Parkinson's, Dementia, amputations, etc.Formalized 60-Day Training/Onboarding Followed By Mentorship$15,000 Sign-On$5,000 Relocation$3,000/year in Loan RepaymentFull Benefits, 25 Days of PTO, Retirement, etc.OVERVIEW OF THE POSITIONAs an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
