Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer to support a client engagement. This role requires a technically strong professional who can work independently, engage confidently with business stakeholders, and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React and Node.js, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions while driving solution design and delivery.The contract duration is 6 months with the scope for extensions with an hourly rate of 50-55 USD.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine requirements.Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and architecture.Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices.Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.Work independently to drive projects from concept through delivery.Ensure high-quality code, performance, and maintainability of solutions.Support integration activities, including API development, JSON transformations, and data handling.Required Skills & ExperienceExtensive hands-on experience with React.js.Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js.Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including Fetch APIs, JSON, and JSON transformations.Experience working with AWS services and cloud-based environments.Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and lead solution discussions.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to operate independently and provide technical leadership.Nice to HaveExperience with Python development.Candidate ProfileAdvanced level engineer with experience beyond a typical Senior Developer profile.Strong technical leadership and solution design capabilities.Confident communicator capable of bridging business and technology teams.Self-motivated, proactive, and delivery-focused.
