Benefits Solutions Specialist

Baker Tilly is seeking a Benefits Specialist to provide administrative and client service support across benefits administration initiatives. You will manage enrollment, terminations and changes, handle inquiries, and assist with open enrollment across assigned clients. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in related fields, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
