Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Locations: Morrisville NC / Franklin, TN / Westmont, IL / Carrollton, TX / Andover, MA Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Duration: 6 months (Contract) Rate Range: $35.00 - $40.00 an hour during contract, Salary Conversion: 70-85K ( this is if candidate is offered perm role) Job Description: Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is the conductor of the delivery team and is accountable for all customer call and web-based intake, scheduling, coordination, material procurement and various other direct delivery coordination activities. This position is equivalent to a Service Project Manager position. This is a Critical Path and high accountability role and demands a highly committed and dynamic individual. Responsibilities:Customer Service Request Intake.Planning and preparation for core service execution teams.Ownership of all coordination for core service delivery.Cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure streamlined and expeditious delivery.Direct support of our customers.Operational excellence and world class service delivery.Service Delivery Planning for all core service typesService AgreementsReactive work ordersQuoted ServiceRelationship Development with execution/action teamsCoordination of internal and external teams and subcontractors in a rapid response business environmentNetworking internally and externally Must Haves:2+ years of experience with scheduling, coordination and material procurement.2+ years of experience with Work Order Creation and lifecycle management.Strong Experience with Client Office
