This role will contribute across the full development lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, and testing of Python-based solutions.The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Python development experience, the ability to work independently, and comfort collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Python-based applications and prototypes to support business and engineering initiativesParticipate in full lifecycle development including design, coding, testing, and documentationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirementsDesign and execute test cases; validate and report resultsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure stable application performanceCreate and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and user guidesSupport ongoing enhancements, deployment, and optimization effortsRequired Qualifications3+ years of Python development experienceStrong understanding of software development fundamentals and best practicesExperience with data handling and processing (preferred)Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills (English only required)Ability to start immediately or on short noticeTechnical SkillsProficiency in Python application developmentExperience with version control (Git), testing, and code review practicesFamiliarity with REST APIs, JSON, XMLAbility to build scalable, maintainable solutionsPreferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI)Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesDatabase experience (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)Experience with AI/ML frameworks or LLM-based developmentFamiliarity with modern development tools (e.g., Cursor, AI-assisted coding tools)Additional DetailsContract role with potential for full-time conversion after 6-12 monthsHoliday schedule will align with internal company scheduleHybrid flexibility available depending on business needs
