You will act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, driving performance across all phases of the project.You will also play a key role in mentoring junior project managers and engineers, helping to build a high-performing delivery team.What you will needWe are specifically looking for candidates with a mechanical contracting background who understand how to deliver complex projects from the ground up.You should have a proven track record of managing large-scale mechanical or MEP construction projects (typically $10M+), with strong experience in HVAC, piping, or mechanical systems installation.You will be confident owning both the technical and commercial aspects of delivery, including cost control, forecasting, and client management.Strong leadership experience is essential, along with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects through to completion in fast-paced environments.Previous experience in data centers is advantageous but not required — candidates from broader commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.CompensationSalary range: $110,000 – $170,000Opportunities available at:Project ManagerSenior Project ManagerProject Executive levelSummaryThis is a high-ownership role within a mechanical contractor, ideal for someone who:Comes from a true contractor background (not GC-only)Has delivered $10M+ mechanical packagesWants to step into bigger projects and leadership responsibility
