Job Description – Pool Renovations ForemanAbout UsOur mission as a swimming pool cleaning services company is to develop a highly successful, profitable all-round swimming pool cleaning services business which provides quality services and a retail store in our community, and to become a standard for an ideal swimming pool cleaning services business.Position OverviewThe Pool Renovations Foreman is responsible for overseeing the quality of pool renovation projects while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires knowledge of all phases of pool renovation, including structural and cosmetic work. The Foreman must effectively manage and instruct crews and subcontractors to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring all work meets high product quality standards.ResponsibilitiesWork with renovation crew on concrete pools to diagnose, demo, and repair both structural and cosmetic problemsAssist with building new pools (concrete & vinyl liner)Diagnose, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment during renovationsManage crews and subcontractors to ensure work meets company standardsEnsure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times RequirementsValid/Clean Driver's LicenseRegular and punctual attendanceAbility to work 40+ hours per weekAbility to lift, move, and handle materials/equipment weighing more than 94 lbs. (e.g., 1 bag of Portland cement)Frequent exposure to loud/noisy environmentsAbility to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditionsKnowledge of mortar, concrete, and basic construction techniquesProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment QualificationsUnderstanding of proper utilization of construction machinery and equipmentAbility to identify problems and implement solutions with minimal downtimeStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWorking knowledge of hazards and safety precautions common to construction sitesAbility to adjust for conditions, troubleshoot, and innovate processes to meet company standards and timetables Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $30–$36 per hour (depending on experience)401(k) – 4% company contributionEmployee discountMedical reimbursement up to $200/monthPaid time offBonus ScheduleFull-time, Seasonal (30–60 hours per week)8-hour shifts, Monday to FridayWeekends as needed ExperiencePool Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
