About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to guide and elevate the daily operations of Isabel Stone. This role is central to our continued growth and requires a leader who can seamlessly balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.You will oversee operations for a company managing $20M+ in annual revenue, lead and develop Account Managers, support estimating initiatives, and play a key role in expanding our snow‑removal division. What You’ll OwnFull stewardship of day‑to‑day operationsComplete responsibility for scheduling across teams, equipment, and servicesLeadership, development, and accountability for Account ManagersExpert use of Aspire for scheduling, estimating, reporting, and operational insightsOversight of $20M+ in revenue, ensuring efficiency and profitabilityStrategic growth and refinement of the snow‑removal divisionInterpretation and application of P&L reports, KPIs, and financial metricsActive involvement in estimating, job costing, and proposal accuracyCultivation of a high‑performance culture grounded in professionalism and humilityCollaboration with ownership on long‑term operational strategy and continuous improvement What You Bring7+ years of operations leadership experience in landscaping, construction, snow management, or related fieldsDemonstrated success managing large‑scale revenue and complex operational systemsStrong proficiency with Aspire (required)Horticultural knowledge, including plant materials, landscape standards, and residential outdoor environmentsExperience with estimating, job costing, and financial analysisA forward‑thinking, AI‑friendly mindset and openness to modern operational toolsBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredValid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for work hours onlyA grounded leadership presence marked by integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office and job sitesAbility to lift up to 25 lbs occasionallyAbility to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as neededAbility to operate a company vehicle during work hours E‑VerifyIsabel Stone participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility for all new hires.
