What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review claim documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, and fax
Maintain the daily tracking system for claims
Provide phone support using the phone queue system
Prepare and distribute certified mail and process return mail
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of clerical and/or data entry experience
Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute, verified through a certified typing certificate
Demonstrated ability to learn and grow in a professional setting
Strong commitment to meeting the needs of others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
More than two years of experience in clerical/data entry roles
Experience working in a professional office setting
Experience with customer service via telephone
Familiarity with medical terminology
Ability to type 55 words per minute or more
