ATM Specialist

Job Title: ATM Operations Location: Vienna, VA (Day One Onsite) Requesting 2 Contractors. Both contractors will work 12 hour rotating shift including weekends and holidays: Contractor 1: Day Shift, 7am – 7pm EDT Contractor 2: Night Shift, 6pm – 6am EDT Responsibilities Manage ATM enterprise to ensure optimum performance and availability. Monitor ATMs using related consoles or dashboards to confirm machine performance Detect, isolate, record, escalate and resolve ATM operational issues, incidents and outages Create and update incident and service tickets using ESQ Operations Bridge, NCR @YourService and Branch & ATM Status Page Collaborate with internal teams and/or vendor to resolve ATM enterprise system outages in accordance with established policies and procedures Dispatch services for ATM component failures and outages; update incident tickets with resolution Perform and document results of security related tests and provide reports Create and update Branch and ATM status page for near real-time faults and outages Qualifications – All required unless otherwise noted 1-2 years of ATM and/or network monitoring experience Effective Customer Service and/or Call Center communication skills Ability to respond quickly and accurately in high pressure situations Ability to effectively manage tasks and job duties with shifting priorities Ability to document and apply policies, standards and procedures Exposure to validating system availability and performance Working knowledge of enterprise systems, terminal knowledge and IT terminology Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions Effective skill in producing desired results and achieving goals and objectives Effective skill supporting a global 24/7/365, member/customer focused services operation Working knowledge of ATM and enterprise system monitoring tools a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Other duties as assigned Unusual Working Conditions: This is position is designated as “ Essential Personnel” which will require the incumbent to be called to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays) due to business needs and/or in the event of e.g. an emergency, reduced site operations or training This is a rotating schedule position which requires working every other weekend, Thanks and regards, Rahul Koraboina rahul.koraboina@smksoftinc.com Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Schedule: 12 hour shift Day shift Night shift License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Vienna, VA (Required) Ability to Relocate: Vienna, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
