Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoAssist sales representatives with downloading drawings, setting up new jobs, preparing rental quotes, keeping up with bid calendar and new job log, takeoffs, and jobsite submittalsEnsure all estimating documents are accurate (download plans and specifications, as well as printed plans)Setup and maintain project files, drawings, and paperwork (quotes, purchase orders, receipts, invoices)Ensure contract information is entered correctly into SalesforceEnter all costs of material and labor, and SAC codes for FOB customers into the systemReview all pending estimates in Salesforce on a weekly basis with sales and leadership teamAssist in preparing reports for Sales Manager as requested. (Bid Schedule; Pending Estimates, pending jobs, contract approvals, construction start schedule)Create SAP Purchase Requests for outside detailing costs and outside placer costsPerform inventory duties with rebar and accessoriesWhat You'll Need1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related roles preferredExcellent customer service including follow through, Time management, Planning/organization and prioritizingMust possess strong communication skills both verbally and writtenFamiliarity with concrete accessories, couplers, WWF mesh is a plusComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.Must be able to read, write, and communicate in EnglishAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredYour EducationWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
