Job DescriptionNara Hotels is a growing hotel development company with 4 hotels all located next to Disneyland. We are looking for a talented and extremely creative Social media/ Marketing Manager to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through all social media accounts, curating images, writing copy and creating content. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.ResponsibilitiesUse social content to create a consistent brand message and voice. Research audience preferences and discover current trendsCreate content and product marketing strategies driving e-commerce business to optimize brand sales. Create exciting content including flat lays, reels, etc. Develop weekly content calendar and write copyNegotiate and execute contracts for paid promotions with influencers, google ads, etc. Build relationships with Influencers, ensure timely execution of talent deliverables and track ROIStay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectivenessOrganize and execute internal marketing efforts across our F&B outletsLiaison third party vendors working to bring more traffic to our hotel and food outletscreate digital images, content and copy for all hotel departmentsHold monthly meetings to review the impacts of all marketing and seo across multiple hotelsSkillsExpertise in multiple social media platformsIn-depth knowledge of SEO, ROI, keyword research and Google AnalyticsAbility to deliver creative content (text, image and video)Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channelsAbility to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactivelyExcellent communication skillsMultitasking and analytical skillsphotoshop, illustrator, lightroom and photography a plusPromotions and Event Marketing
