You'll strategically evaluate routes, schedules, and service capabilities and determine ways to improve our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:Analyzing daily routes, evaluating operations, reviewing customer profiles, and executing strategies for improvementIdentifying the root cause of recurring issues and implementing plans to address these problemsUsing weekly and monthly metrics to guide your decisionsCollaborating with the IT team to deploy system enhancementsUsing Geotab fleet management software to track equipmentHelping develop new quality and cost control policies and taking on other duties as assigneda Little About UsAt W.B. The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use.
