Drivers stay within Mid-Atlantic and nearby Northeast lanes, allowing for more frequent resets at home while still maintaining steady miles and a manageable weekly schedule.Schedule & Time OffThis fleet runs on a rotation that includes a weekly 34-hour reset, three weekends home each month, and an additional mid-week break. The schedule repeats each cycle, so drivers can plan time off ahead instead of adjusting to changing dispatch patterns or unpredictable resets.Pay & Weekly MilesDrivers typically earn between $1,250 and $1,450 per week based on miles and performance. Routes average around 2,100 miles weekly, providing a balance between income and time at home. A guaranteed minimum pay program is available during slower weeks to help protect earnings and maintain consistent paychecks.Where You'll RunFreight moves through Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and surrounding Mid-Atlantic areas. Lanes are assigned with consistency in mind, allowing drivers to become familiar with routes rather than constantly learning new areas each trip. This helps reduce delays and keeps weekly schedules more predictable.Day-to-Day WorkFreight is primarily no-touch dry van with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads. Some live loading may occur, but dispatch works to keep drivers moving and limit downtime between stops whenever possible.Equipment & SetupDrivers operate 2016 or newer Freightliner, International, and Kenworth tractors equipped with inverters and idle management systems.
