Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services within a school setting in Denver, CO. This contract position focuses on supporting students' mental health, promoting positive learning environments, and collaborating closely with educators and families to enhance student success.Key Responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to identify students academic, social, and emotional needs.Develop and implement effective intervention strategies and behavioral supports.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and support services.Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives for student wellness.Desired Qualifications and Experience:Valid school psychologist certification or licensure in the state of Colorado.Demonstrated experience working within educational settings.Strong knowledge of assessment tools, special education laws, and mental health interventions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse school community.Location:Denver, ColoradoOur Benefits Package includes:Vision InsuranceDental InsuranceHealth Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanThis position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' academic and emotional development while benefiting from comprehensive insurance and retirement options.
