The Music Vertical connects audiences and artists by powering the full music content lifecycle on Spotify. The team enables creators, distributors, and Spotify teams to ingest, manage, and distribute music at global scale, while delivering the tools and services that support creation, promotion, expression, monetization, and trusted experiences for fans and artists alike.You’ll join Spotify’s Music team, supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. This role sits at the center of the team’s day-to-day operations, helping leaders stay focused, prepared, and connected. You’ll play a key part in enabling the team to do their best work while contributing to how we show up internally and externally.What You'll DoKeep your executive’s calendar running smoothly by scheduling and prioritizing internal and external meetingsPlan and coordinate business travel, including detailed itineraries and logisticsTrack expenses and manage purchase orders, ensuring deadlines are metSupport day-to-day communication, including managing phone logistics and contact updatesOrganize team events, offsites, and industry moments, and provide onsite support when neededPartner closely with your executive to align their time with team and company prioritiesCollaborate with communications and content teams to prepare materials for presentations and speaking engagementsSupport special projects, research, and planning work as needs come upWho You AreYou have 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant roleYou know how to stay organized and manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detailYou build strong, trusted relationships and handle sensitive information with careYou’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quicklyYou stay calm under pressure and find solutions when plans changeYou anticipate needs and take action before being askedYou balance day-to-day execution with longer-term planningYou communicate clearly and work well with a range of partnersYou enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goalsWhere You'll BeThis role is based in Los AngelesWe offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.We ask that you come in 2-3 times per weekThe United States base range for this position is $93,000–$132,000 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave.
