If you are looking for a fast-growing position in a fast-paced environment, start your application today!Responsibilities:Prepare title abstract and title opinion after conducting a title searchCheck for real estate title defects after conducting property search for title issues such as liens, claims, deeds, wills, mortgages, or fraudExamine maps, liens, judgments, leases, agreements, public records, contracts, surveys, and plat books to verify legal description, ownership, and restrictionsRecord all legal documents at the county and federal level and present deed to new ownersPrepare closing statements after reviewing all closing documents to ensure all title commitments have been met, issue title policy, and transfer title to the new ownerCommunicate effectively and regularly with Real Estate agents, Loan officers, and clientsConduct all phases of the Title process through ClosingUtilize technical skills to interact through Social media/the Internet, and Internet/E-recordingValidate and verify all financial and remote communicationQualifications:Requires 3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor, title examiner, or closing services experienceMust be detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven with excellent communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteHigh school diploma required -- college degree preferredState license requirements must be met for this position --title producers license is a bonusThe Ideal Candidate will be Personable and Positive with a can-do Attitude3 years plus of Title experience and interaction with Real Estate Agents and Loan OfficersMeet State Licensing requirements- Title Producers license and NotaryAbout Company:Brennan Title Company was founded in 1991 by John M.
