We hire, inspire, and grow together based on these values—that's the Belltec way. Job DescriptionBelltec Industries seeks a full-time Outside Sales Territory Manager for North Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. This role involves selling and supporting our construction attachments, including auger drives, post drivers, auger bits, and wear parts.Primary responsibilities include managing sales activities, developing relationships with dealers and contractors, and providing customer service, training, and equipment demonstrations. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and driving territory growth. Compensation consists of a competitive base salary, plus a commission on sales within the assigned territory.Position Responsibilities·        Oversee all aspects of the assigned territory with an emphasis on growing sales.·        Maintain and develop business relationships within our existing dealer base.·        Prospect, set up, and develop new dealerships in open territories.·        Prospect and maintain business relationships in the Utility & Foundation Tooling Markets.·        Perform dealer training and product demonstrations to drive sales.·        Ability to travel within the territory 50-75% of the time.·        Ability to work independently and efficiently in a multi-state territory.·        Work closely with the inside support teams, including inside sales, production & shipping.·        Attend Regional / National Trade Shows and industry association meetings.·        Analyze market trends and provide competitive product analysis. Requirements and Skills·        Experience with account management, outside sales, and dealership development.·        Experience using MRP software to enter and track sales orders.·        Knowledge and use of MS Office with strong skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.·        Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce.·        Experience selling or supporting construction attachments in the Ag, light construction, and the utility/foundation drilling industry is a plus.·        Ability to operate a ¾ ton company truck while understanding proper DOT hauling and tie-down procedures.·        Must have a valid driving license with a clean driving record.·        Strong organizational and territory management skills.·        Meet or exceed sales targets or goals.·        Have strong negotiation skills.·        Independent self-starter that takes direction well.·        Ability to work with minimal supervision.·        Excellent oral and written communication skills Education and Experience:·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.·        Minimum of 3-5 Years Outside Sales or Territory Management Experience.·        Experience with construction and agricultural equipment, specifically construction attachments, is preferred.·        Experience interacting with construction, rental, and ag dealerships·        Experience in the utility and foundation drilling industry is a plus. Company Benefits:·        Weekly Pay·        Company vehicle (3/4 ton truck)·        Scott and White Health Insurance·        United Healthcare Dental and Vision·        Supplemental benefits include: 401(k) with 3% company matchBenefits are effective after 60 days of employment.Belltec Industries, Inc., is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
