This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in moving, house cleaning, restoration, warehouse operations, or physical labor who are flexible and ready to adapt based on daily operational needs.This role is not limited to one specific functionteam members may be responsible for moving customer belongings, inventorying items, warehouse organization, detailed cleaning, textile processing, deodorization, and restoration support depending on workload demands.We are looking for versatile team players who understand that priorities shift quickly in the restoration industry, and who are willing to assist wherever needed to support customers recovering from fire, water, or mold damage.Key Responsibilities Safely pack, load, transport, and unload customer belongings during pack-outs and move-backsOperate company vehicles, including box trucks, with professionalism and careInventory, document, and organize customer contents using company systems and technologyClean, sanitize, deodorize, and restore contents, textiles, furniture, and household goodsAssist with warehouse operations, including storage organization and quality controlHandle customer belongings with care, professionalism, and attention to detailFollow SERVPRO restoration and cleaning protocolsAdapt daily responsibilities based on operational workload, including both field and warehouse assignmentsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceWork collaboratively with managers and team members to meet production goalsFollow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and company proceduresRequirements Valid drivers license REQUIREDClean driving record REQUIREDAbility to drive box trucks or willingness to be trainedAbility to safely lift and move contents with team assistance when handling heavier items, following proper safety protocolsStrong physical stamina for moving, packing, cleaning, and warehouse workReliable transportationStrong work ethic, punctuality, and dependabilityWillingness to perform both moving and cleaning duties as business needs requireComfortable working in environments affected by fire, smoke, water, or moldPositive attitude and team-first mindsetPreferred Experience (Not Required) Moving or furniture handlingHouse cleaning or janitorial workRestoration industry experienceWarehouse operationsTextile or contents cleaningInventory software systems (Encircle, ICAT, etc.)Benefits Full-time stable employmentPaid training and certificationsOpportunities for advancementCompetitive wages with overtime potentialPTO, sick time, and paid holidaysMedical benefitsSupportive team environmentMeaningful work helping customers recover after disastersWhy Join SERVPRO?At SERVPRO, no two days are the same.
