Pricing Analyst

Pricing AnalystLocation: Minneapolis, MN, US Job Family: Finance Country/Region: United States The Pricing Analyst is responsible for leveraging fact-based insights and stakeholder inputs to generate strategic commercial and pricing recommendations to management. This includes optimizing existing processes, advising on customer negotiations, and analyzing performance. Major Areas of Accountability Drive pricing analysis in strategic projects to generate insights and develop commercial solutions Partner with field sales to provide fact-based analytics for customer negotiations Gather and structure ambiguous data sets to identify financial opportunities Build dynamic pricing models, simulations, and tools to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions Monitor and report pricing activities, performance, and competitive trends Develop and maintain pricing guidance, policies and processes Partner with European pricing counterparts to align global pricing tools, policies, and reports Evaluate customer and contract performance and recommend action steps to drive improvement Coloplast employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the MedTech Code of Conduct, and company policies. Other job duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar Demonstrated ability to execute analyses, develop and implement models and reports, and present to audiences across functional areas Preferred Qualifications Experience in pricing, finance, or business analytics within the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
