Compensation and Benefits DermSurgery Associates offers a highly competitive compensation model designed to support both early‑career physicians and experienced dermatologists seeking long‑term professional growth. We provide a guaranteed base salary during the initial ramp‑up period to ensure income stability while the patient panel develops. The typical guarantee range is $350,000 – $450,000, depending on experience. Physicians earn a percentage of collected revenue, creating a structure that aligns productivity with income growth. Most established physicians earn between $500,000 and $900,000+ annually, depending on volume and scope of practice.
