As a Loom Technician, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining weaving machines to ensure the production of first-quality goods in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer:Pay of $21.01 - $23.75 per hourTemp-to-hire opportunity12-hour rotating shifts What We're Looking For:Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructionsBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)High attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeAdaptability to changing work environmentsAbility to identify and troubleshoot machine issuesMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periodsComfortable working in a loud, manufacturing environmentPrior textile or machine technician experience is a plus What You'll Do as a Loom Technician:Set weaving machines to proper specifications based on style requirementsMonitor and maintain assigned weaving machinesDiagnose and correct mechanical issues on equipmentPerform Daily Team Maintenance (DTM) tasksSupport general plant safety and follow company proceduresAudit safety protocols and maintain cleanlinessProvide relief coverage for weavers during breaksClimb, bend, and reach to maintain or repair machineryUse tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and measuring devices
