Creative Director

Our start-up AI marketing agency client is seeking a senior level Creative Director or Associate Creative Director to lead creative strategy and execution across client initiatives. The client anticipates 25-30 hours per week to start, with the possibility of increasing to 40 hours depending on workflow and needs. While they prefer a hybrid schedule with in person collaboration in San Francisco, they are open to remote candidates who are an exceptional fit. This role would be starting as soon as the right candidate is found.Your responsibilities:Be willing to be an individual contributor as well as strategistLead creative projects from concept through execution, working independently from a briefDevelop and oversee image and video assets for digital campaignsConcept, guide, and refine UGC style content for TikTok, Instagram, and other short form platformsWrite and edit clear, compelling copy aligned with client goals and brand voiceAct as a strategic creative partner, proactively bringing ideas, insights, and solutionsYou should have:Senior level experience as a Creative Director or Associate Creative DirectorBackground in healthcare or other regulated industries preferredStrong portfolio showcasing creative direction across digital, image, and video workExperience developing UGC and short form social contentProven ability to work autonomously and move projects forward with minimal directionStrong copywriting and editing skillsComfortable operating in a fast moving, tech forward, AI driven environmentIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
