Business Operations Specialist
The Business Operations Specialist supports Account Managers in executing and scaling customer projects by managing operational processes, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating across stakeholders. This role focuses on stabilizing growing projects with increasing complexity, while improving operational visibility and supporting process standardization and digitization.Essential Functions1. Operational Support & Data TrackingTrack headcount, resource allocation, and project-related operational dataMaintain and update operational data based on stakeholder inputsEnsure accuracy and visibility of informationSupport Account Managers with daily operational activities2. Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with Account Managers on stakeholder communicationCollect and consolidate inputs from internal and external stakeholdersSupport follow-ups and alignment across teams (Account Managers retain ownership)3. Sales & Project Execution SupportAssist in contract-related processes (updates, amendments, documentation)Support financial tracking and data preparationManage requests, tasks, and deliverablesMaintain consistency of data across systems4. Process Improvement & Tool SupportIdentify inefficiencies in manual processesSupport workflow and template improvementsAssist in tool usage or simple system enhancementsContribute to digitization of operational processesRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to manage shifting prioritiesHigh attention to detailStrong communication skills Technical RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking and basic analysis)Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar tools Preferred QualificationsExperience with CRM systems or data management platformsExposure to project coordination or sales operations supportExperience supporting contract or financial tracking processesInterest or experience in process improvement / automation Additional TraitsProactive and reliableDetail-orientedTeam-oriented mindsetStrong willingness to learn and adapt
