Job Title: Community ManagerLocation: Remote - Florida, United StatesType: Full TimeOur client is looking for a Manager, Member & Community Interventions to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of member‑centered programs that support clinical quality outcomes across Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace lines of business. This role focuses on driving data‑informed, evidence‑based initiatives that improve health outcomes while meeting regulatory and organizational standards.Role OverviewThe Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of quality improvement initiatives aimed at engaging members and communities, strengthening partnerships, and delivering measurable clinical, operational, and financial results. This position collaborates extensively with internal departments and external community organizations to ensure successful program execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement data‑driven, evidence‑based quality initiatives aligned with state and federal requirementsManage a strategic portfolio of member and community quality programs across multiple lines of businessBuild and maintain partnerships with community‑based organizations to enhance clinical quality outcomesDefine, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and program impactLead and participate in cross‑functional program discussions with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate meetings, agendas, documentation, and follow‑up actions to ensure accountability and executionMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date program documentation and centralized intervention resourcesEnsure all materials and initiatives meet internal standards and regulatory approval requirementsCollaborate with quality, healthcare services, and member engagement teams to improve clinical outcomesSupport quality improvement initiatives through data analysis, process development, and implementationCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels in both corporate and regional environmentsTravel as needed, including same‑day or overnight travel depending on business and location needsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience5–7 years of experience in managed care, with at least 4 years focused on quality improvement, clinical programs, or process optimizationStrong operational experience using tools such as Excel and process‑mapping softwareProven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authoritySolid understanding of healthcare quality principles and intervention strategiesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated flexibility, problem‑solving ability, and conflict‑resolution skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, Clinical Quality, or Healthcare AdministrationExperience with quality outreach programs, performance improvement initiatives, or HEDIS‑related activitiesPrior leadership or supervisory experienceProject management and team development experienceBackground in performance measurement and outcomes trackingProfessional certifications such as CPHQ or CHCAActive nursing license (RN) for applicable roles
