Profits.As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support the daily execution of PostProcess Technologies' purchasing, inventory, logistics, contract manufacturing, and order-fulfillment activities. You will be responsible for accurate and timely transactions, purchase-order follow-up, shipment coordination, inventory records, supplier communication, and status reporting.The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple systems and external partners, and proactive in identifying and escalating shortages, delays, discrepancies, and other issues that may impact business or customer commitments.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPurchasing & Purchase Order Management• Create, issue, update, maintain, and close purchase orders within NetSuite and other approved procurement systems.• Obtain supplier order acknowledgements and maintain accurate pricing, quantity, lead-time, and delivery information.• Monitor open and past-due purchase orders and perform routine supplier follow-up to protect production and customer commitments.• Identify and escalate changes in cost, quantity, lead time, or delivery commitments to the Operations Manager.• Support sourcing activities by collecting quotations, lead times, MOQ requirements, supplier documentation, and other requested commercial information.Contract Manufacturing Support• Maintain visibility to open production orders, material availability, production milestones, open actions, and expected completion dates.• Maintain routine communication with contract manufacturers regarding purchase orders, materials, shipment timing, and production status.• Escalate production delays, shortages, quality concerns, or other exceptions requiring management decisions.• Support documentation and follow-up associated with contract manufacturer corrective actions and operational reviews.Logistics & Order Fulfillment• Obtain freight quotations from approved providers and coordinate/book domestic and international shipments in accordance with established guidelines.• Prepare and maintain required shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other transportation or customs documentation as applicable.• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, contract manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.• Track shipments through delivery and proactively communicate delays, exceptions, and proof of delivery.Inventory & Systems• Execute accurate purchasing, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment transactions within NetSuite, WMS, and other approved operational systems.• Process and reconcile inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.• Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities and investigate discrepancies with the Operations Manager, warehouse partners, suppliers, and Finance.• Monitor established reorder points and inventory requirements and initiate replenishment activities as directed.• Maintain accurate supplier, purchasing, shipment, and inventory records and identify discrepancies between purchase orders, receipts, inventory records, and invoices.Supplier Performance & Quality Support• Maintain supplier quality and performance scorecard data and supporting records.• Support administration and tracking of supplier corrective and preventive actions, required documentation, and due dates.• Maintain organized supplier quotations, certifications, and operational documentation.• Escalate recurring supplier performance issues to the Operations Manager.Reporting & Communication• Maintain open-PO, shortage, shipment, inventory, and supplier-status reporting.• Provide timely and accurate updates to Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.• Proactively identify upcoming risks to required delivery dates and escalate issues requiring commercial, technical, quality, or management decisions.Key Performance Indicators• Purchase-order accuracy and acknowledgement follow-up• Past-due PO management and timely supplier communication• Inventory transaction and reconciliation accuracy• Shipment documentation accuracy and on-time shipment coordination• NetSuite / ERP data accuracy and transaction timeliness• Supplier documentation and corrective-action follow-up• Accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting• Responsiveness to shortages, delivery exceptions, and discrepanciesSkills, Qualifications, and Experience• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, inventory, customer order management, or supply-chain coordination preferred.• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or international supply-chain environment preferred.• Familiarity with ERP, procurement, inventory, or warehouse-management systems; NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.• Basic understanding of purchase orders, inventory control, freight coordination, and supplier communication.• International shipping, import/export, or customs-documentation experience is beneficial.• Experience working with Finance on invoice, receipt, or accounts-payable reconciliation is beneficial.• Strong organizational, time-management, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, recognize problems early, and escalate appropriately.• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Education and/or Certifications• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred;
