Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offered to clients. As an IT Project Manager (AI Focus), you will join the Business Transformation practice. This practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change, and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and govern enterprise IT projects and assigned programs to ensure delivery of approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomesOperate within a framework of excellence, collaboration, and innovationApply PMO standards and methodologies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and focus areasProvide the opportunity to contribute directly to the organization's mission by enabling reliable and compliant IT deliveryContribute to global IT delivery success by ensuring disciplined execution, transparency, and risk management across assigned projects and programsStrategic LeadershipExecute projects in alignment with established PMO strategies, policies, and proceduresProvide project-level leadership and guidance to teams, ensuring alignment with organizational prioritiesChampion a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within assigned projects and IT PMOProject Program ManagementManage and govern large, complex IT projects and assigned programs in accordance with PMO standardsDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registersMonitor project progress, dependencies, resource usage, and financial performance; identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues as neededResolve project-related issues and risks and obtain alignment between stakeholdersEnsure that IT projects are delivered on time, within the approved budget, and in compliance with quality, security, and regulatory requirementsStakeholder Engagement and Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain effective working relationships with business and IT stakeholdersProvide clear, concise status reporting, risk visibility, and delivery recommendations to stakeholders and sponsorsFacilitate regular project communication, governance reviews, and decision forumsResource Management and Talent DevelopmentLead cross-functional, matrixed project teams, assigning work and tracking delivery commitmentsCoordinate resource needs and timing with functional managersSupport the development of less experienced project team members through guidance and best-practice knowledge sharingQuality Assurance and Process ImprovementApply and adhere to established PMO project management methodologies and quality controlsEnsure required project documentation and artifacts are maintained and audit-readyParticipate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunitiesQualificationsStrong project leadership and execution skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilitiesProven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projectsAbility to proactively identify risks and resolve issues to maintain project momentumBachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in IT project management or related rolesAssociate's degree and 8+ years in IT project management, program leadership, or related roles, or High School Diploma/equivalent and 10+ years in IT project management, program leadership, or related rolesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field and Master's degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentExperience in healthcare, medical devices, biotech, or regulated environmentsThe salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 or the hourly equivalent.
