Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician | Houston, TX Physician-Led, Multispecialty Practice | Women's Health Across a Lifetime Kelsey-Seybold Clinic , part of the Optum family, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join our highly respected, collaborative Obstetrics and Gynecology Department in Houston, Texas. Position Highlights Established OB/GYN practice within a large, integrated multispecialty group Focus on evidence-based, patient-centered women's health Diverse, cohesive department of experienced and compassionate providers Care spanning the full continuum of women's health , from preventive care through pregnancy and beyond Collaborative environment grounded in mutual respect, empathy, and professional autonomy Multiple practice locations across the Greater Houston area Responsibilities Provide comprehensive gynecologic and obstetric care across the adult lifespan Diagnose and manage conditions specific to women's health, including reproductive, hormonal, pelvic, and urinary disorders Provide prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care Deliver preventive care and manage complex medical and surgical needs Collaborate with specialists and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality outcomes Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an approved OB/GYN residency program (or in residency at time of application) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Licensed in the State of Texas Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred : Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 to $484,500, inclusive of base salary and bonus, and is based on experience, productivity, and market factors.
