The company is committed to innovating the merchant experience through SaaS platforms, data analytics, and integrated payment solutions.About The Role.We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team this summer. You'll work alongside experienced IT staff at our Hackensack headquarters, gaining hands-on experience in help desk operations, equipment deployment, and end-user support in a fast-paced technology company environment.Minimum QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldBasic knowledge of Windows OS and common desktop softwareStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficient in Korean is mustAbility to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with help desk ticketing systemsCompTIA A+ or equivalent courseworkPrior IT volunteer or part-time experienceResponsibilitiesAssist with incoming help desk calls and manage the ticketing queue, ensuring timely and accurate logging of support requests.Support the deployment of new hardware including workstations, laptops, and peripherals across the organization.Install software, patches, and rollups on end-user workstations to maintain system security and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, scanners, and copiers, escalating complex problems as needed.Assist in gathering and maintaining accurate equipment inventory records across all departments.
